BGSI Value Checker provides a platform for users to check pet values, analyze trades, and submit value suggestions for the Roblox game Bubblegum Simulator Infinity. The Service is provided "as is" and may change without notice.

Some features of the Service require a Roblox account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Value Suggestions

When submitting value suggestions:

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any suggestions you submit
  • You represent that your suggestions are accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • You understand that all suggestions are subject to review and may be rejected
  • You acknowledge that we have the right to display your username alongside approved suggestions

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BGSI Value Checker and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Bubblegum Simulator Infinity and Roblox are trademarks of their respective owners. This Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox or the creators of Bubblegum Simulator Infinity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE AND WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES THAT MAY RESULT FROM USING THE SERVICE.
